Recently been clearing out my sons old clothes and toys. Listing easy, sales going well, courier delivery mostly without issue (although Yodel never show up for the door to door collection and Vinted don't respond to your help requests relating to it). Vinted customer support generally is absolutely appalling - every time anything does not go to plan - it takes so long for them to initially reply to a request for support, they do not read the messages relating to the issue or review any photos you have sent, you just get bot-like responses asking for information you have already provided. In my experience you have to resolve issues yourself with the buyer in a more timely manner due to buyer frustration caused by vinted support turnaround times. If you refund the buyer, your issue is then not eligible for further investigation or compensation outcomes from the courier. I've had multiple failed collections of large items, and multiple items damaged in transit despite me providing evidence of secure packaging, and usually Vinted either doesn't come back with a response to the query or investigation, favours the buyer refund and leaves the seller waiting on responses from couriers, then out of pocket with standard Not sufficiently packaged message. Not a patch on other selling platforms. Support your sellers who are putting 100s of sales through your platform, Vinted. Ditch the bots and recruit some competent humans on your front line who understand genuine second-hand sellers who are spending time, energy, packing resources and fuel on carefully cleaning, packaging and despatching small value good condition items for a successful delivery and happy customer, and to have a few pennies back in their pocket. You'll find a competitor will copy your model, offer exceptional customer service and take  away ALL of your sellers.
