Watch broke then awful Customer Service
Watch broke shortly after returns policy expired. Despite contacting customer services they refused to assist.

Update: Ali express send me this email. Does not explain how to obtain their inspection or who any of the companies are that are just abbreviations.......

Update....
This is getting worse. Ali express have now said that I should commission a report about the defective watch at my own expense which would cost more than the watch itself. The crown snapped inside the watch. What more can you say. Also I have to find the companies from the initials in the email by searching on the Internet. BV.... bacterial vaginosis, TUV.... a French train, SGS.... a company that makes tool chests????
The customer service is abysmal. Please just replace the defective watch!

Why is a Canadian ticket in USD?  RIDICULOUS 

My daughter told me about her wonderful experience shopping here and I didn’t exited to do the same .

I loved how easy it was to download any video.

I ordered an Isinwheel U5 e bike last April and received it in two days, and the bike was easy to unpack and put together, and it took around 20 minutes. The brakes were fine and needed no adjustment, and it comes with fenders. There are no gears, so no worry about those needing to be adjusted. I can fold the bike and get it into the back of my small SUV and I am 65 years old. The bike is limited to 32 kmh but that is fine for me. I have 2 other e bikes so I am familiar with the operation and limitations of e bikes. I find the bike is peppy and smooth, unless going over big bumps as there is no suspension. I added some extra lights and a bar mirror, and have done the same on all my bikes, to be as safe as possible while riding. I also have an Isinwheel U8 which is great, and goes 45 kmh unlocked. I will be getting another U8 in the spring for my son.

I paid over 35.00 for my order then checked my bank and they have taken an additional payment of 17.00 for nothing??? Scam, please avoid.  When I went to customer support I was told I had to pay to join something that will help?
