Foam filling arrived in an oversized box. Would have expected it to be shrink-wrapped or protected in some way. But the perception was it was just thrown into a box.

As a distributor, we don’t have shrink-wrapping facilities, and in our experience, foam of this type doesn’t typically require additional protection. That said, we appreciate your perspective and will pass it on to the relevant team.
