The young lady who assisted me was wonderful and incredibly patient. She kept me informed through the whole process. My blankets and clothing smell amazing days later. I truly appreciate this service while I'm stranded and displaced. 

Service is superior!  Very dependable on pick up and drop off.  Laundry done very well.

Took a diving watch in to replace the battery and the first day I went back in the water it leaked. When I went in to address it they said they are not responsible and don’t replace the seal. Even a two year old knows, you open a diving watch you must properly seal it or it will be come worthless. Take a look at their other reviews, many people are having problems with these guys. Don’t take jewelry or watches to these guys. Go the a real jewler and save the hassle. This watch now worthless. 

Everything was beautifully laundered and packed. The only snag was some confusion regarding my instructions which required a few texts to sort out. Once cleared up, the pickup and delivery service was flawless.

Purchased 2 Sansonite case costing approximately £300 each with a 10 year warranty.
Within 18 months one cracked and split in the wheel area, nothing to do with the airline handling.
Advised by Sansonite to send to their approved repairers at a cost of £30 to me. The repairer said it was my negligence and wasn’t covered.
A year later exactly the same thing occurred with my other bag.
I feel it is a manufacturing weakness around the wheel area and Sansonite do not want to know, they haven’t even asked for photos!

Posted this review and approximately 5 weeks later Sansonite posted an apology and suggested I send details to their customer service team, I did and of course no response! Same old same old Sansonite 



Further 2 weeks has gone by and still no response, I even emailed Sansonite CEO and no response there either!!  
Sansonite team, if you do read this please do as you mentioned above and help me get my one time use  £700 cases repaired or replaced please?

returns were relatively easy and that tells me more about the company.  website a little clunky 

We had a great experience with Rent Party Characters! Edward was great with the kids and adults too! He had us all up and dancing and everyone had an awesome time! Would definitely use again in the future.
