I like that updates are tested before being pushed out. It reduces the risk of interruptions during work hours.

I had some issues in logging into my website account . Joao helped me from the scratch with so much patience until I fixed the issue. Joao was really helpful and guided me step by step to sort out my problem. 5 star to the service.

Currently holding all my videos for ransom.  I paid the $60 for many, many years.  Now that I don't pay, I can't view any of my videos.  Today I got an email saying my videos are going to be deleted.  So I'm going to re-subscribe and pay the bribe.  Shameful product from a once-great company.

Verizon connect sales people are liars and scam artists. They offer things over the phone just to get you to the docusign portion. Once you sign, the scam begins. You cant install their products, no USA customer service. Very poor English skills for customer service. David Reyes in sales is a liar and a cheat. Don't know how he sleeps at night. I finally had to stop payment with my bank and report them to the PA attorney generals office to get a resolution. They refused to refund the months of payments they stole while providing no service. 

I was really disappointed when my package arrived. I ordered 7 books and it came with one piece of bubble wrap on top and three crumpled up light brown paper around the edges of my books in a light weight cardboard container.  
So needless to say the corners of most of the books are damaged and another one the side is torn.  For over $700. Canadian I would expect more diligent extensive packaging.
Also in one book, a front and back cover page is missing.
