I recently migrated from another streaming platform and the Muvi team facilitated our user data migration in time for a seamless transition. Whenever I raise a ticket for any concern, they are quick to respond and offer solutions. We are still new to the platform, and we're hoping to have a lasting partnership with them, but so far so good.

Unstable platform. Production bugs blocked us multiple times to use the platform efficiently.
Paymentgateway integration is not good. We used razorpay and there is little customization and only razorpay subscription option can be used. Die to this we had to develop our own payment integration without relying on muvi's

Muvi is the best & a highly recommended OTT solution amongst all competitors in the market we have tried so far. It offers a lot of features in one place and has a very professional, robust & co-operative team. Easy to work with & has been the most a solution to all our OTT needs for website, mobile apps and TV apps.

Great solution and partner for an all in streaming platform. Perfect for AVOD, TVOD, SVOD or Audio streaming.

Excellent customer support for my app!

We were able to upgrade our virtual film festival to on demand, which greatly enhanced our audience's expierence

A couple of months ago, I paid $10 for the Muvi pay-as-you-go streaming service. After a couple of tests, I decided that it wasn’t for me, so I moved on. I haven’t used the service and won’t be using it.

Yesterday, I noticed a second payment of $99 taken from my bank account. Expecting this to be a mistake, I contacted their customer service and was told, “We have discontinued the Pay As You Go plan, and you have been navigated to the standard plan.”

I had a second conversation with a customer service advisor who said they would not refund me. This is for a service that I didn’t sign up for and did not agree to. Apparently, they emailed me to confirm the change; I did not receive this.

After a bad Trustpilot review they have now agreed to return my money. This has been a complete waste of my time, and I would have appreciated my money back without all the stress. Please take note, Muvi.

Working with the Muvi team has been wonderful. They are professional, attentative, and determined to solve any issues.

The website never crashed or experienced down time.

I had several problems with customization but Muvi follow my problems and resolve it . All my ask was resolved and now my streaming platform follow all my needs. They are great for customized solution.

Feature Rich Platform & Trustworthy team to support. We did some customizations over & above their platform and it worked seamlessly. Last year we refreshed our templates again to give a fresh look and unlike our last vendor, this change was buttery smooth with Muvi. We started with Advertisement.. now we are into Pay-per-view, Subscription etc. Highly recommended platform..

We are an OTT Film Festival that is online and when we were looking for private labeled solutions, MUVI really met requirements from all aspects. First, the functionality that MUVI provided was 100% suitable for what we were looking for. Second, the pricing was very attractive. Third, the interaction with the staff has been excellent, right from the CEO down to the individuals that worked on our projects.

Moreover, the quality of the platform has consistently met our expectations. Features such as DRM alleviated our filmmakers fears of piracy. We value the partnership we have with MUVI and look forward to continuing our collaboration in the future.

Muvi has a lot of potential, but falls well short in execution of promised delivery of services. Customer service is awful and very inconsistent. They have no problem taking your money even though they haven't corrected issues which cause current customers to cancel subscriptions.
