Huge variety, great items advertised but quality assurance is lacking. Twice already, I've received items that are subpar, where the image was blurry (1st time) and the image was extremely washed out (2nd time). The items they offer are great but they need to inspect the products before they ship them. Customer service was helpful in resolving my issue both times after I sent proof of item quality.

Great app! Only complaint is that $15 is too much money to pay every month to get access to the features they offer. Besides that, they could be a little more user friendly. As a first time user I had to play around with the app and do a little trial and error to learn.

Needs to back customers more. Many sellers sell things that are on temu for 1/2 the cost!!! Many sellers are scammers yet nothing is done.

Great customer service. Item arrived on time and was excellent in quality, as advertised on their website. They sell beautiful things you wont find on Amazon or Wayfair, for example.

Great customer service. Whenever I have an issue they are quick to resolve, unlike these hole in the wall shops that advertise great items they can't really produce. Before you shop on Etsy try here.

Great! I help my grandmother out in making many purchases each month and they are always on time. My only HUGE complaint would be to please pack things better!!! Just because I order two big bags of hard food and one big bag of litter doesn't mean you have to shove it all in one big box!! That makes it especially difficult for the delivery driver to deliver the item safely (and without dropping it). Its also makes it incredibly difficult for me to bring in!!
One thing I will mention is that Chewy really puts customers first. When my grandmother's pet passed, they sent her flowers. This was an excellent touch and made her feel very happy to receive.
