Very disappointed with this company +
I brought a sofa a while back paid for insurance with it aswell, within a year metal has torn through the wooden frame work an torn my sofa cushions!
When I've contacted sfs they hace told me insurance will not cover this, an I will have to pay 75 pounds for a tec to come out an assess the damage
Frame work is also ment to have a 5 year warranty.
In response to your reply I did report this years ago an it took months to get any response.
As I have insurance doesn't this cover rips?
As the metal thats broken through the frame work has ripped the cushion this is what I want replaced.

I can see that your furniture was delivered in 2021 so as this is over 12 months an out of warranty fee would apply, as per your terms and conditions.
Upon inspection if this is deemed to be a manufacturing fault and your furniture can be repaired then we will ensure that this is resolved for you.

Lesson learnt

So I stand corrected! After originally leaving a bad reviewe I was contacted by lucy who was very helpful an lovley an solved the issue for me. Was paid the price originally quoted an was paid within the hour.
Although I was very disappointed originally it was resolved in the end
