I put in for my redemption on aug 31…

I put in for my redemption on aug 31 nolimits says they processed it on the 2nd of September my bank says they have not received it as od today no limits says its done but I still haven't received it REALLY

I started out with a 5 star but now…

I started out with a 5 star but now after my redemption request I drop to a 3 I have a ACH transfer both been approved 400 250 on July 31st nolimits said they processed it its my bank fault for not posting it my bank says they have not received it. Jackpots and crowncoins I get there redempti8ns ACH IN 3 DAYS nolimits says it could take upto 10 days bs if nolimits has sent it to my bank it will be in my account as soon as they receive it .nolimits says its done my bank says it hasent hit as of today nolimits says on 31st July it done its the 6th of july my bank has not received it

Well before the new rules I put in for…

Well before the new rules I put in for my third redemption of 180 I called them they sent me an email congratulations on the 180 redemption I called them they said for me to send the last four numbers of the card that I made the purchase with so I took a picture like they asked now I get no response on the emails and when I call it's busy constantly like I'm blocked I've had four redemptions I've never got a busy signal and they always answered my emails no new rules nothing

The phone number to customer service

I have been able to call in the past why not mow and what has happened to the redemption button no one is returning my emails what's up. Ok after reading other reviews I have came to believe that ding ding ding will not be sending the previous redemptions of sc coins no more deposits in to the accounts before this change of ding ding ring policy I put in a request for my redemption in of 150 then I called they said they needed a picture in of the card I made the purchase with so I don't know why it was my fourth redemption I had over 3000 dollars deposited to my bank I sent them thr picture and I have not heard from them I have emailed and called them but no response. No e mails the phone ur always busy they took of the redemptions no response to my emails bunch of bs

It took awhile for me to get use too ding ding ding there redemption time is a little long time but the games are great good perks like the daily rewards free give aways and fair price on the coins customer service is good also I will recommend ding ding ding to my friends let's work on those redemption returns

Ok I finally got my redemption from Jan 8th2025 4 weeks exactly the games are fun good graphics I've noticed new games aren't so easy to play there has been a lot of locking up freezing making purchases lately have been difficult saying that I have a purchase pending logging me out during purchase not a good experience this week

Ding ding ding is fun to play the games…

Ding ding ding is fun to play the games are exciting great graphics good price on the packages good wins. The only problem is the redemption of your winnings let's be real the reason people play is to win real money when people win they are more willing to share with others and spend more money to win more but when it takes four to six weeks to get your redemption your winnings it becomes frustrating people loose the desire to play and the shares aren't positive . Ding ding ding really needs to revamp there redemption process they need to make the winnings the verification and approval process has to be faster then 4 to six weeks other social casinos pay out with in 7 to 10 days ding ding ding must fix their redemption process if they are going to be #1 in social casinos. I've been waiting on my 2500 redemption since Jan 8th 2025 they say it's been finally approved 3 to 7 business days now it's been four since I've received the email
But I don't think I will be playing ding ding ding for a while give them time to Fix the redemption process

Well I'm still waiting for my redemption of2500 that I submitted on Jan 8th almost 30 days ago. When I call they say the same thing Everytime it's in the que for approval then I get automated emails saying the same thing being processed in the order they receive them what order is that ding ding ding should of had it done deposited in to my account people have a tendency to spend more money when they get there earnings winnings in a timely manner fortune coins had me my money in four days why thirty days with ding ding ding very discouraging

It is ridiculous on the redemption it's…

It is ridiculous on the redemption it's taking me 4 weeks to get a ridiculous 2500 redemption why does it take so long are you trying to call it says it's in the q to be approved it's been there for 2 weeks to waste of time I would really appreciate my redemption being deposited in my bank I have one twice since then and have not been able to redeem those because the first one hasn't been received yet so I might have put it all back into the game I'll start going to other casinos and playing and I received theirs within 7 days it's been 3 weeks since ding ding ding I filed for $2500 redemption why does it take so long this is ridiculous about the 2500 redemption on January 8th 2025 still have not received it into my bank

Man where do I start yesterday…

Man where do I start yesterday afternoon 1/23/25 I was playing plinko pond and won 662 dollars because I'm still waiting on my second redemption of 2500 that I redeemed on 1/8/25 I was not able to redeem the 662 because you of ding ding ding have not released my 2500 redemption even though I have been verified the verification process is done now I'm waiting for ding ding ding to approve it now so while waiting on redemption I was not able to redeem my third redemption your redemption process is the most ridiculous system I've ever seen I can't redeem until one is done then can't redeem others for five days so I loose the money I buy packages spending money I win I still loose money because I can't redeem so what I will start doing is I will play other casinos games till I'm able to redeem from ding ding ding so then I'm not loosing money ding ding ding will. I would REALLY appreciate it if I had my redemption of 2500 then I would play again I have other friends that play ding ding ding they are fed up also with the redemption process why play if you can't get ur money for two months

I'm not happy with ding ding ding at…

I'm not happy with ding ding ding at the moment I'm not happy with the redemption process or the verification team or the customer support I get confusing emails concerning my second redemption one email says seven business days to receive it other email says the verification team is looking into it I called and email said to call when I did the person said waiting for approval well what is being approved if it's already been verified according to my emails and when I check my account it says verification status verified I just want to know why is it being verified when it is my second redemption what is approved if it's been verified I just don't understand the length to receive it and the confusing conversations on the phone and in emails. There's no problem when it comes to taking money out of my account why is it so hard to deposit a redemption to my account I just want my redemption in my account other casinos have my redemption in my bank account with in 3 to five days like they say I ve never received a call with in 48 hours from dindingding I have always called them still confusing and I feel ignored

I am writing this review concerning Ding…

I am ready this review concerning Ding Ding ding redemption team verification team and customer service team I received a redemption of 144 four weeks after I filed for it it was my first on Jan 8th 2025 I filed another redemption for 2500 I did not and as of today received a phone call or email from ding ding ding it states in the sweepstakes rules that I will receive a phone call or email from the verification team within 48 hours to confirm my redemption I did not receive a phone call on my first redemption and I have not as of today received a second redemption phone call from ding ding ding I have been sent emails stating that they're they're verification team is looking at it and they will notify me if there's any other verification needed I made a phone call to them today and they said they needed a statement from Google pay on eBay of my purchase of 1899 from the package and that somebody will call me later on today so I sent the statement screenshot from GPay now when I call I have called three times a day I now get eight machine stating for me to leave a message and somebody will get back to me I have called before and never gotten a machine always got in a person now I feel like I'm being ignored because this redemption 2500 the other one was 144 they have no problem we're taking money from my account right away why would they have a problem putting my winnings to my account after I've already been verified I have proof I checked my verification status this is verified I sent the statement that they requested moving my 1899 package now I feel like I'm being ignored I never seen no response they have not called me or email me to let me know what my status is I don't want to take so long to be verified since I've already been verified on the first redemption no other social casino takes this long to send in the redemptions what is really going on with ding ding ding I would appreciate this matter being looked into and my redemption I've been verified to be deposited into my bank I'm looking forward to a answer to this situation thank you Terry Barker
