My concern as a winning member that you focus on improving your redemption process I understand you want to put more games on the site but when playing the games then redeeming out prizes it discourages us players for the long period to wait for our redemption then if we win again while waiting for our last redemption and we win again we have to wait five working days to make another redemption when it takes 3 to 4 weeks we don't like waiting another five days to redeem again it takes 3or 4 weeks to receive it. I don't understand why the verification process takes so long once we have redeemed we shouldnt have to wait 4 weeks for another verification once been verified we should receive them faster for the second one etc etc so I would focus more on fixing the redemption process before you put more games to play

The games are great the giveaways are good to to keep people coming back good prizes also the redemption process could really use some help shortening the time of receiving the redemption other games or social casinos make redemption faster to receive but all in all ding ding ding is fun

I I really like the floor mat the games easy to play some good graphics and it pays out good the redemption part of it needs a lot of work though it takes too long to receive it but it's all in all ding ding ding is a good place to play I appreciate it thank you

To be honest I love the platform good games good graphics good payoffs I guess reasonable daily rewards are good but the problem I'm having is I put in for redemption of 144 on December 15th 2024 I still have not received it through my bank then I just got another edition last night for 2:30 but it won't let me redeem that one until the other one is redeemed I called numerous times and the other time I got to wait got to wait I played other casino games and one that had the money within a week 7 days ding ding ding cuz it has to be verified and then three to seven days after that well that two different people tell me they've already been verified 2 weeks ago I still have not received it for the 37 Days thing and I don't know I'm just wondering is it a scam cuz it won't let me redeem my second one either until the first one is redeemed you would think that they would hurry and get them out so they keep people coming playing
