I'm not happy with ding ding ding at the moment I'm not happy with the redemption process or the verification team or the customer support I get confusing emails concerning my second redemption one email says seven business days to receive it other email says the verification team is looking into it I called and email said to call when I did the person said waiting for approval well what is being approved if it's already been verified according to my emails and when I check my account it says verification status verified I just want to know why is it being verified when it is my second redemption what is approved if it's been verified I just don't understand the length to receive it and the confusing conversations on the phone and in emails. There's no problem when it comes to taking money out of my account why is it so hard to deposit a redemption to my account I just want my redemption in my account other casinos have my redemption in my bank account with in 3 to five days like they say I ve never received a call with in 48 hours from dindingding I have always called them still confusing and I feel ignored
