Doesn’t pay what you win!! Can’t get any response for help. It’s ridiculous.

I redeemed twice no problem. I’ve spent hundreds!! I lost over two hundred today but managed to win some back. I went to redeem and now it’s saying my email isn’t bound and it has some wierd page coming up and I can’t get ANY response from customer service!! Nothing!! Crickets! I will NOT be putting anymore money on this game! I THOUGHT it was legit I really did! I’m in tears cuz I never would have gambled the money if I knew I couldn’t get any winnings!!

So far so good. Waiting to cash out my recent winnings right now but, I had an issue cashing out my second transaction but, they sent the money back to me so, that's why I give them 5 stars. The games are fun and the sight is well designed compared to some of these other sites

I’ve been playing this game for about four months to be honest. I spent more money than I should’ve with this app and it was going good. I’d win and I lose but one day I seen the charge where they had inadvertently charged me three times but I didn’t receive the coins so I tried contacting their customer service, but they took days to respond so then they froze my account because I had won $200 and now I can’t take it out so I’m going back-and-forth with them right now but I’ve got all screenshots of everything and I’m gonna be posting on here very soon. I would stay away from this app more information to follow on Monday.

Dude seriously I don’t know how anyone can give this site lower than a 5 star review!!! It’s totally legit pays winnings literally in less than 24hrs I just redeemed a few days ago for $700+ and it hit my PayPal within 18 hrs just made my second redemption for $200… the game selection is GREAT!! Seriously can ask anymore from an online casino!! Only improvement is customer service is slow to respond other than that it’s effing GREAT!!

Played on this site for a few days. Deposited multiple charges they were happy to take. When I won $300 and tired to redeem my money I was instantly signed out and cannot log back in. I would actually like to give it a try, but when I log in, I get a notice to verify, when I try to verify it asks what ID you're using, I put in driver's license, take a photo,then it asks me what kind of ID I'm using, again. I can't get past that spot

I don't know why people are giving cool spin a bad review because I won quite a bit on their platform and submitted a redemption request and they paid me..I'm guessing the bad reviews are from people that can't figure technology out or don't read the fine print..after my experience with coolspin I won't deposit to any other online casino but theirs..there should be an I.Q test before some people are allowed to do ANYTHING..lol .anyways .
