Sellers - BEWARE!

Terrible experience trying to sell my IWC watch. They estimated 4-5 weeks to sell, however no sales after 12 weeks and two price reductions instigated by me. They do not manage expectations well. What is worse, is they are often not available on the telephone and take too long to reply to emails (sometimes 3-4 days). They also charged me £260 for a watch service before I could list the watch for sale, which wasn't really needed given how new the watch was. When they shipped the watch back to me, they did not attach the paperwork for the service (even though I asked for it) and lost the paperwork for the original watch sale (invoice/receipt). I would not deal with this company again, and can only assume most of the positive feedback is from buyers! I am very disappointed with this business.

I don't trust this company

I don't trust this company. A terrible experience. They take days to respond to email queries. They told me it would take 4 to 5 weeks to sell my watch. Yet, nearly 3 months on, is still not sold. Surely pricing strategy is wrong.

Thank you Talkmobile. Finally, a company that cares about customer service. The call agents are always so kind, patient and polite. Today I phoned to amend my DD and she told me there was a cheaper plan available for a lower payment and placed me on this! Its always a pleasure to deal with Talkmobile. I will stay loyal to this company and not swap from provider to provider, because unlike many, this company actually cares about its EXISTING customers.

A shockingly bad company

A shockingly bad company. They lied to me about the monthly cost. They lied to me about hidden cancellation costs. They cancelled the ticket which enabled me to give them 2 months notice to cancel and terminate the contract but this ticket was further cancelled without notifying me meaning I had to pay a further 2 months worth of direct debits. This company has very poor sales conduct and very limited sales standards

We have tested the phone lines, and this is all ok, we have been receiving and taking calls with no problem.

It may have been that it lost signal, which can sometimes cause it to automatically hang up.
