A shockingly bad company

A shockingly bad company. They lied to me about the monthly cost. They lied to me about hidden cancellation costs. They cancelled the ticket which enabled me to give them 2 months notice to cancel and terminate the contract but this ticket was further cancelled without notifying me meaning I had to pay a further 2 months worth of direct debits. This company has very poor sales conduct and very limited sales standards
