The article I bought in the sale is perfect for my use., on limited income it is a bonus. Arrived safely. I shall get pleasure great pleasure wearing it. Wish I had discovered H of B sooner as am 78years old!

Disappointed with returns information.

I ordered 2 items, 1 needed to return. Unfortunately I don't use technology easily so returned the parcel at Post office costing £4.05p. I then got info that my returned item would be refunded, minus £1.99p, standard. I have tried sending an email to explain but no response. Am disappointed that this has happened.

The delivery driver didvnot wait for me…

The delivery driver didvnot wait for me to answer my doorbell. He dropped the parcel in the porch and rushed off. I could pick it up, thankfully, but had it been heavier I wouldn't have been able to do so. The only company who do deliver and wait to bring in my deliveries is EVRI. I am fed up of these delivery drivers. I am elderly and infirm so need consideration. I also didn't get notification that parcel was being delivered.

The products I ordered were of…

The products I ordered were of excellent quality as expected. Some I have frozen, as I am unable to get out and about to shop and I like to have meat on hand.
My delivery through DPD was a problem but Dukeshil are going to address the problem for me for future orders.

Happy customer

I have bought several items of clothing from Box 2 over the last 4 years since discovering the company. I normally ring to order. Always a pleasure to speak and quick delivery. All items have been of good quality and a pleasure to wear. I need to use a wheelchair at times and find the styles very suitable. I always look forward to receive the latest catalogue.

The driver did not deliver to my flat

The driver did not deliver to my flat. He left 2 parcels in the entrance hall and told member of staff they were too HEAVY for him to deliver. They weren't heavy. Staff then had to deliver but will not be allowed to do so 8n future. Therefore they will send parcels back!
