The driver did not deliver to my flat

The driver did not deliver to my flat. He left 2 parcels in the entrance hall and told member of staff they were too HEAVY for him to deliver. They weren't heavy. Staff then had to deliver but will not be allowed to do so 8n future. Therefore they will send parcels back!
