Extremely unprofessional behaviour

Extremely bad experience with Ritanshu and Henry Harvin associates. Didn't solve my problem. Very bad attitude from the start from Ritanshu but I didn't tell anything. But later she lied about course and made me lose my money, peace and a lot of time. Check my previous review. Everything is explained there properly. Never trust this institution. Please.

Pathetic company

Pathetic company. Which loots people with no real service. I did what Ravi Rana and Saurabh asked me to do, yet I lost Money in Lakhs. Pathetic company pathetic service. Never use Shiprocket. If you want more info, check my other comments.

I joined for German Language A1 Level…

I joined for German Language A1 Level course with assurance from my student coordinator. She mentioned that this course will equip me for Goethe Level A1 Certificate. But It only taught me the grammar and completed the course book. Which is netzwerk A1. Hearing and speaking was not done. Now I lost 2 months and I cannot attend my A1 exam. Which is mandatory for my university course which is about to start in this October. I needed to submit the cirtificate inorder for the enrollment. Now I can't submit and lost 2 months without proper guidance. Coordinator is unresponsive. Very bad experience from Henry Harvin.

Worst company in my experience

Worst company in my experience. They just want money without giving correct service.

I am still wondering why it's still working. It should have been closed by the officials. I don't understand why they are allowed to work in this country. Such a pathetic company. I lost money in lakhs due to false promises from shiprocket. Never trust a word they say. The worst of the worst they are.

My fourth review.

My fourth review.

They didn't resolve any previous issues I am still having.

Apart from that, I have contacted their customer support just before 5 minutes. Shiprocket is already looting a lot of money from us. But to get connected with them is a 1 hour journey. For giving complaint about 1 AWB number, it takes atleast half an hour. Pathetic. And they cut the call in between and didn't call back. Pathetic service as usual. What not, whenever I get a bad service, I'll come and update here.

My third review.(Updated)

My third review.
I'll post my reviews every time I encounter very bad service from shiprocket.

Recently, I have requested to get a call back from my accounts manager. I did ask them 7 times before that. They'll do everything on 'PRIORY BASIS' but I guess in their dictionary, the meaning is opposite. Till date, after multiple tries for over a month, I still didn't get the call back. That my friend is shiprocket. Frustrated with this business. The worst I have ever experienced.

Finally my accounts manager connected with me 2 days back. So I'm updating my review from 1 star to 3 star. Accounts manager seems nice. Seems like there's some technical issues within shiprocket(very bad ofcourse) which has caused miscommunication. Their normal customer service is still the worst in my opinion. Yet to work with my accounts manager in solving a lot of issues regarding Fake NDR, RTO cases, and weight discrepancies which had massive hit on my business. According to the services I'll be receiving, I'll update my review here on a regular basis so whoever wants to work with shiprocket can take my review as a reference.

I put it back to 1 star. They were only keen on me to remove the reviews. I tried everything they asked me to and yet nothing was working. They were blaming me for their mistakes. I have talked with Mr. Saurabh. He was my head account manager. He was just blaming me for their mistake and was never interested to understand my genuine issue. Finally he had to admit shiprocket's mistake because he was unable to answer my questions. Even though he didn't admit it's their mistake that I lost money in Lakhs. And I was mainly in contacts with Ravi Rana, who was assigned to be my accounts manager. I followed everything he asked for it's too much manual work. And is too much tiring to get it done. Even after all those efforts, the results remains the same. Company is integrally unethically build. All their flashy benefit focused features and complete B.S. They should be bought to court and should be punished. I have already filed a complaint with the PM office and will continue to do so until I get my money back. Fraudulent company on the loose. It should be shut down.

Pathetic Service Experience 8

Pathetic Service Experience 8. To get connected to the support, it'll take hours most of the time. And in between it might get disconnected and won't recieve a callback most of the times. And their customer service executives doesn't know basic things about shiprocket. Attitude is pathetic most of the time. They cut the call and leave as well with out providing any resolution. Such pathetic it is.

If you want to lose your time and money, work with shiprocket. Perfect partner for such people. Awesome experience.

Pathetic

Pathetic. They are fraudsters taking money from genuine suppliers like us. For each and everything, they take money. Pathetic customer support. Very unprofessional and useless service. I have been using shiprocket for past 3 months. The experience is terrible. Just because we take it, we stick to it. Hurdle of finding a new one is another hard work. Shiprocket make sure that we don't have no time to think about anything else. They loot all the money everyday. They don't solve an issue. Weight discrepancy, fake attempts, all this takes money from us. When asked for refund by giving real proof, they tell it's not possible. Blah blah blah. Pathetic Experience and a fraud business.
