I am writing to formally escalate a serious concern regarding my SAP training and the recent issue with tool access that has significantly impacted my learning experience with Henry Harvin.
To summarize the key points:
LMS Portal Lock (November): My LMS portal was locked back in November, which prevented me from attending scheduled classes. This was beyond my control and directly affected my course progression.
Miscommunication from Consultant: I was informed by your consultant that there is no need to formally stop or pause classes, and I could rejoin at any time by reaching out. However, I was never informed that the SAP tool access would expire if not actively shut down or paused. I had also sent an email regarding this matter but received no clear guidance.
Lack of Information About Tool Expiry: I was never told that the SAP tool would expire unless customer support was specifically informed to shut it down. If I had known this, I would have taken appropriate action.
Inconsistent and Conflicting Information: I have repeatedly received contradictory information from different members of your team. This has caused unnecessary delays and confusion, including previous issues related to my fee payments, which I believe are documented in your system.
Disappointment and Loss of Trust: I had intended to recommend Henry Harvin to my friends for SAP and Six Sigma training, but due to this experience, I am reconsidering that decision.
Missed Class Due to Backend Unavailability: I am scheduled for a class tomorrow, but now I have been told the backend team is not available until Monday, meaning I will miss this class and have to wait until next week to resume—through no fault of my own.
My Expectations:
Immediate temporary access to the SAP tool so I can attend tomorrow’s class as planned.
A waiver of any reactivation fee, as the expiration was due to a lack of proper communication from your team, not my negligence.
A written confirmation explaining how such issues will be prevented for future students.
If access cannot be restored in time, I request a rescheduling of my class or access to a recording so my learning is not disrupted.
I request this matter be treated with urgent priority. I have been patient throughout, but this ongoing mismanagement has left me frustrated and disappointed.
This has been a truly disappointing experience. The class timings were poorly managed, and the schedule was changed at the last minute without any prior intimation. Classes were conducted without informing or obtaining consent, and there was no proper channel to reach the concerned team for assistance. Moreover, the PMP certification hasn’t been issued, nor was there any proper guidance on how to proceed. Having paid for the program, it’s unacceptable that we are left to manage everything on our own — it feels like we’re being made to chase after what we’ve already paid for.
Not given course notes and for certificate asking a money to pay
One of the worst online course providers, they just lied about everything and the support management was more worst. In one word it is scam just don't give money to these liars.
I have paid the entire course fee at the time of enrollment itself. I have paid membership fee for 5 years (Diamond) on 24th Sept 25. Still this is not properly updated in the portal. Without checking records / details, got calls very often about this. Every time I need to explain this.!! Student Relationship Manager not contactable at all !! Frequent problem in joining classes due to link / LMS not working properly. The problem is there is no escalation matrix. Hence nobody is bothered to take responsibility / resolve the issues.

1) Poor Customer Service from Henry Harvin
2) I did not receive a proper internship certificate signed by the CEO of Henry Harvin , unlike other interns whose certificates I’ve seen personally. Over the course of three months, I repeatedly followed up with customer support, only to be given misleading and inconsistent information. Despite being told that my concern had been escalated to the certification department, I was eventually informed that the version I received was the standard format and could not be revised. This was disappointing and unprofessional, especially considering that others were clearly given different certificates.
I was advised to join a new internship through a different platform, Yuva Intern which started well after I completed my internship.
After I threatened action, a new certificate was issued — this time signed by the Head of Placements, not the CEO, which again contradicted their earlier statements.
When I shared proof (a screenshot of another intern’s certificate signed by the CEO), they responded that CEO signatures are not provided on internship certificates — again contradicting reality.
Their most recent email—part of a long thread that began back in June—simply said they are “checking with the concerned team.” This is the exact same response I received months ago, with no meaningful update or resolution since then.
To repeat the same line four months later, without any real accountability or progress, is not just inefficient — it's insulting. This is a complete breakdown of Henry Harvin's system.
