A sales person called after I signed up…

A sales person called after I signed up online. He wanted me to upgrade to lifetime membership. When I told him I could not afford it, he was pretty rude and put a lot of pressure on me. I tried to tell him I no longer use credit cards as I am retired and on limited income. I know young people and sales people who rely on commission want to sell, sell, sell, but when someone tells them they have no more money for the month, they should listen and not make fun or pressure the person to whom they are speaking. It took a bit to get the first email, and I asked him to resend-he attempted to kiss me off-I asked again and he said he would pass it on. I assume he did because I quickly received many emails. Thanks to the office who sent them. They get a 5 stars, but the guy who called needs some people skills.

I am updating my review below. It took so long to get this chair, I truly thought I had been scammed. I finally received my chair and it is great. I love the chair. Why 4 stars? Here are the reasons:

1) The way they advertise makes one think we are getting NEW chairs that are on sale, not used chairs. I will say my chair does look new, but after coming here I see they sell used chairs. I was worried!!!

2.) They should be honest about the length of time (about 8 weeks) it takes to get the product. I truly thought I was waiting for a shipment to arrive from China. By the end, I thought I had been scammed. This company needs to be upfront about this so people don't freak out--like I did. I really needed a chair. I don't know a darn thing about chairs. This is the first one I have bought. I love my chair but I probably would have looked around locally for a chair had I known it was going to take so long to get this one.

3) The back does not allow itself to be adjusted, nor does the seat. I am assuming this chair was returned due to these defects. Luckily, I don't care about these defects as the chair is where I would put it anyway.

I will give this company credit for getting back to you quickly. They were fast about answering emails. I will admit that toward the end I thought they were just leading me on. Had they been honest about how they do business, I would not have felt scammed.

Anyway, if you are not in a hurry for a chair, you might give them a try.

I Wish I had found this site prior to…

I Wish I had found this site prior to ordering. It is obvious this so called company is a scam. I thought I was buying a NEW chair, instead I got NO chair. All I got was a bunch of BS. I am now in the process of contacting the BBB, Call for Action and Consumer Action as well as following all directions given on the government website set up for this type of scam business. Good luck to all who venture here. Will update this as progress made

Products are generally great

Products are generally great. However, packing can be much better. 2 dozen eggs ordered. One was packed upright in the box the other carton was set on its side in a box that seemed to be tight. Unfortunately, the box on the side had 6 broken eggs.
This company also packs canned goods in with fruits and veggies thereby ruining the fruit and veggies. One must be very careful about what is ordered.
One month get all the canned goods you may need. The next just fruit and veggies. Not a good idea to get both in same order as everything goes in a box without a thought.

Also, be careful of fruit purchases. Pears were wonderful. Most of a whole case of blueberries was full of mold and had to be thrown out!

Blueberries full of mold

Blueberries full of mold. I bought quite a few and lost about 1/2 to mold. I get berries from Minnesota as well and have never had this happen. Very disappointing. It is not the distance.
Otherwise all ok.

Packing of boxes can be careless

Packing of boxes can be careless. They put fruits and veggies with canned goods and this can ruin the fruits and veggies. I have tried not to order any more canned good as I don't want them dumped on top of fresh veggies.
Fresh food is hit and miss. Sometimes it is fantastic and sometimes I end up not as happy with it. I try to order based on what is in season which is difficult because in Arizona the seasons are different than Oregon.

Every plant transplant I have purchased has done fantastic-much to my surprise.

It is nice to buy in bulk if needed. I love the idea of Azure and will continue to use them just being careful with what I order due to the way they pack their food.
Overall good experience.
