Level of incompetence is unbelievable.

I have never experienced such poor service as I have with UPS UK. This company consistently fails to honor their delivery commitments. Every time I receive an email and text confirming that my parcel will be delivered between 1:40 PM and 3:40 PM, only for nothing to happen. I can track the driver on the map and watch them drive past my house multiple times without stopping. By 6:45 PM, I get a message saying my delivery will be delayed by one business day. It's absolutely ridiculous!

Their customer service is terrible, and honestly, an AI could do a better job with clearer communication. I don't understand how they're still in business with this level of incompetence. It's beyond frustrating. If I could give zero stars, I would!
