Awful customer service.

This company is appalling for customer service. I like many other people have been promised labels to return faulty equipment but the label never turns up . You can not get through on the phone the live chat cuts you off and it takes days for someone to respond to an email but still nothing gets done. They take your phone number but no one contacts you so you are stuck with faulty equipment unable to get it fixed. They do respond very quickly to negative reviews on Trust pilot Asking you to contact them but you can’t for the reasons above. Surely management read these reviews they need to do something.
