Impossible to contact ignore emails and calls. Shocking service and would not recommend to anyone considering solar panels. Steer well away from this company unless you want hassle and no assistance

I have reviewed them before and as I had to contact them again for a problem I thought I would let others know. I have filthy panels due to pigeons nesting under their panels due to other houses by me having anti pigeon netting installed. After many emails I was contacted two months ago to be told someone would contact me nothing happened. I emailed again to be told they would make it high priority nothing again. Emailed again to be told the equity firm that now own them are virtually uncontactable as they ignore emails. So Anesco don’town the panel and the people who do are not interested. My next step is to turn them off and see if anyone contacts me …
Very very poor admin service. When the first engineer came to fix probelm, he advised he couldnt stay and work all afternoon as he had to get the 3.00 pm boat back to the Mainland. He did not get paid overtime he said! Subsequent Engineer also turned up early at noon - I advised only in from 2.00 pm. He was lucky to get in at 12.30 but he also left early so didnt complete his work. It does seem that if there is a fault on the system and ANESCO ARE NOT RECEIVING anything from their panels they will contact the property owner asap. We were even asked to reset system, although not at all difficult, which we did and still no advice following this. This seems to be typical of big business, it doesnt matter about the little man! I would not recommend the Company - and as for the admin - no consistency whatsoever. Not a Company I can recommend.
Honestly, I have never come across such an inept company. this company manages the solar panels on our roof erected by TGHC limited 12 years ago under the rent-a-roof scheme.
Oh what a big mistake. Yes, they work yes we saved on bills But here is the problem. we want to release equity but unbeknown to us the lease agreement was no more use than wet toilet paper. The law had changed since installation but did the company advise us, did they issue us with a new lease, did they heck. So we were turned down for ER and told that unless the lease was changed it was unlike we could even sell our house as no lender would put up money with such a crap lease agreement. This was March.
Now November.... we had to get a solicitor to rewrite the lease agreement - deed of variation at our own horrendous cost. we had to send it to HMLR as the company doesn't answer their phone, ignores emails and quite frankly doesn't know their rear end from their elbow. Finally, we got all the paperwork back in legal order only to find that they had omitted to take a clause out so we are back to square one. we can't sell nor release equity. Nor can we remove the bloody things
So.... if you have panels erected by a company called TGHC these are the people who now manage them. I suggest you get your lease checked before something happens and you are left with an unsaleable house.
Had a problem with my solar panels closing down so contacted this company on hold for 15 minutes and when I finally got through I was cut off. Little did I know is a premium number costing £7.15 to report a possible fault in their equipment. Tried emailing no response as they say it can take 7 days! Hopefully their equipment is safe
