False IP Claims: Incompetent and Unresponsive

This company wrongfully accuses small business owners of intellectual property violations. They're clueless about copyright laws but file indiscriminate reports. I challenged them and have written proof of their mistake. After two months of struggle and endless emails, they're unresponsive and irresponsible. Consult legal advice if you're targeted; they're not experts, as confirmed by my IP lawyer.

An Initially Disappointing Experience, But Adequately Resolved

I initially had a frustrating experience with Coinsbee that warranted a negative review. The PlayStation Store UK voucher I purchased was invalid due to an incorrect character count. My attempts to get this resolved were initially met with disappointing responses from the support team.

However, upon escalating the issue, Coinsbee took corrective actions. They acknowledged the mistake and provided me with a new voucher, adding an additional 5 GBP for the inconvenience caused. The new code worked flawlessly, confirming a balance of 50 GBP in my account.

It's clear that Coinsbee values its customers and is willing to rectify their mistakes. While the initial response was less than satisfactory, their ultimate resolution indicated a commitment to customer satisfaction.

Given this, I have updated my rating to reflect their effort to resolve the issue. I hope that Coinsbee continues to improve its customer service and ensures that similar errors do not happen in the future.

Original Ticket: #23097
Outcome: Resolved, with compensation

SCAM - LOST $5K

I have been using changelly recently and everything used to go fine, but today they scammed me for 5000 USDT and asked me to go through KYC which is uncomfortable and when i asked for refund they refused and they states that "before we use their service we agree to their terms of service - KYC policy" which is so unclear, misleading and trapping you.

Hello there, Christian. The coins might be connected to a fraudulent activity. We urge you to upload all the documents we requested including how you got the funds in the first place. Unfortunately, crypto still is a place for laundering money, hacking and we have to comply with regulations same as all legit competitors. All companies who are not abiding the law are not in the market to stay. That is why KYC\AML is a must for us. Please renew contact with us via security@changelly.com
