SCAM - LOST $5K
I have been using changelly recently and everything used to go fine, but today they scammed me for 5000 USDT and asked me to go through KYC which is uncomfortable and when i asked for refund they refused and they states that "before we use their service we agree to their terms of service - KYC policy" which is so unclear, misleading and trapping you.

Hello there, Christian. The coins might be connected to a fraudulent activity. We urge you to upload all the documents we requested including how you got the funds in the first place. Unfortunately, crypto still is a place for laundering money, hacking and we have to comply with regulations same as all legit competitors.
