Company/Owner Shambolic

Owner, doesn’t know how to speak with staff. Company has got lucky with deals. No system, no value, no structure, everything is siloed! Kept my team/employees on probation for a whole year, with a 3 month probation period signed…pathetic!

Can’t move forwards and can’t buy a house. Ended up losing £30k having sold my house and tried to purchase new with deposit paid and extras. Fell through a son probation, asked for assistance to hire or fire me. My wife had just given birth too. They took 3 weeks to make a decision and then homeless. I resigned!!!!! Don’t join.. disgrace, awful, pained, mentally hurt and financially broken.

False IP Claims: Incompetent and Unresponsive

This company wrongfully accuses small business owners of intellectual property violations. They're clueless about copyright laws but file indiscriminate reports. I challenged them and have written proof of their mistake. After two months of struggle and endless emails, they're unresponsive and irresponsible. Consult legal advice if you're targeted; they're not experts, as confirmed by my IP lawyer.

Another nazi regime

Another nazi regime pretending to operate under the authorisation of companies. The companies I've spoken to have no idea who you are. Not exactly sure why delusional foreigners are inferring with a company in another country - we have different laws and look forward to prosecuting you will them.

Illegally Report Small Businesses

This company are illegally reporting small business owners including myself on Etsy for intellectual property infringement. They have no idea of copyright laws or what they are supposedly trying to protect for the brands they work for and blanket report anything and anyone. I fought back and have it in black and white from them that they were in the wrong, and they have yet to withdraw their notice so that Etsy will reinstate my listings. I am still fighting a month later after their admission of wrongdoing, which took another month to squeeze out of them, after incessant emails. Extremely hard to get hold of, this company is a joke who likes to throw their ‘power’ around to bully other businesses. If they report you, I urge you to fight back. They don’t know what they are talking about - as confirmed to me by my IP lawyer I hired to deal with them.

A complete trash company with snitches

I'm a small business owner on Etsy and sell all my products fully purchased with all permissions to use with a commercial license. Yet these b**ches come and reported my best selling product claiming that it's "copyright".
I email them asking what was exactly the issue, as thousands of other sellers on Etsy sell the same product.
They reply saying that we are not """SINGLED OUT""" on the "WARNINGS".
To this day there are several thousands of sellers selling the same product making tons of profit off of it, I think a warning would've been an email first, not a f***ing report and taking down my listing. Etsy even states to respectfully address your concerns to the seller before reporting anything. You guys did none of that. Complete s**t and illegal reporting, do not support any of these snitches.
Imagine spending four years in university studying on how to be a f***ing snitch to work here.

If I could give zero st☆rs I would!!

Unprofessional, Violent, law enforcement rejects who cosplay as cops with their fake, meaningless badges, always escalating situations never de-escalating, causing harm, but no good. Since they have been the security at my complex, the sheriff's have been called on residents, who are 𝘷𝘦𝘵𝘦𝘳𝘢𝘯𝘴, multiple times & they assaulted a girl that was obviously not well mentally. After they threw her property & assaulted her- dragging and manhandling her & at one point even hitting her on the head- after that they put handcuffs on her, had her forcefully laid on her stomach, her faceon the ground and held her with her arm twisted unnaturally behind her back for over an hour while they waited on law enforcement. It's not possible to feel safe with that kind of "security". Take my, and many others, advice, steer clear of opsec security if you want competent security that doesn't make you feel unsafe & who won't use any excuse to call law enforcement- oftentimes fabricating lies to do so (I've heard this second hand from a cpl dif veterans in my bldg). Literally any other security is better. Trust.

Illegal copyright trolling

This company is nothing more than copyright trolls.

I work for a radio station and we regularly have to obtain fresh digital files for broadcast. Pay royalties for it's use to SoundExchange, BMI and ASCAP.

Well this copyright troll went on a very abusive run by filing one hundred and seventy separate and individual DMCA reports with our internet provider.. over the one single and same exact file.

Pretty clear this company is flagrantly and quite possibly illegally flooding DMCA reporting to attempt to harass end users. The reports were clearly bot reported because the times of the first and last report were over a span of five minutes.

Our account has in the ten years with the same company never had a single DMCA violation.

One hundred and seventy over five minutes.

This company is an utter joke and we are looking into legal action against them because this is much like calling 911 and filing a ton of false reports to harass a neighbor. To boot this abusive behavior caused Spectrum to also cross a major legal line when they arbitrarily injected code into a website - A SECURE BANKING APPLICATION while I was making a large financial transaction which is a massive security problem and it was all caused by the absolutely illegal abusive activities of this company.

Due to the seriousness of this entire incident we are looking into legal action against both this company and Spectrum.
