I did a BTC to SOL swap, but only part of my amount is reflected in my wallet. When I contacted Changelly support and provided all the transaction proofs. I was also shared my order ID (zlp9yhj3w1df…) with Steelthhash.report for review. After their coordination with the compliance team, the missing balance was credited to me in my account. I appreciate for this quick resolution..

I have crypto exchange experience with couple platforms and still Changelly is the best one. Lowest commission fees and prompt support reaction.
Only con - seems that their risk detecting software sometimes overdoes, if you make 7-8 changes in a day it may trigger a false security report. In any case, I hope that there are specialists of the appropriate level there to analyze and give a proper assessment in such situations.

One of the worst money sucking swap service. Use other DEX swap service instead.

They literally uses floating swap rates as bait for user to select floating rates instead of already very low quoted fixed swap rates. Then post executing swap they further take hundred of dollars by giving you less tokens.

Unless u stop using them they will not get straight.

I understand network congestion can cause delays, but clearer estimated completion times would help. My latest trade sat “under processing” for 18 hours before clearing. The funds arrived fine, but the lack of updates made me check the site constantly.

I have used this service multiple times and generally had positive results.
However, on one occasion a delay wasn’t explained clearly. Everything was sorted out later, but I believe transparency about backend or partner exchange issues would greatly improve user confidence.
