I never put bad comments on site i usually call the company and complai, i use trust plot for good reviews of my own...however on reading reviews of Vera company i wish i had read before making a purchase....trust pilot yes i do i do not like to reasd reviews as I wonder if they can be trusted when it is to say poor comments.. a tough question

They do not smnell very nice when damp.Also I find the dampness uncomfortable, and obvious they wll be damp...only worn one on arrivfal so do not know if they leak but wtness occurs, that does not happen with pads, even thin ones do better thanh this...yes Vera is supposedly clsing down.
sent e mails that bounce back. i would not pay retun postage i expect a refund.after reading the review i wish i had read them first...no one has replied to me yet??? wasre of our good earned money and trust.

Great cottage. exterior very attractive. inrerior superb. large kitchen spce and all utensils imaginable, wanted for nothing.
bedrooms luxurious style , beds comfortable.
bathroom luxurious, showers in rooms great. heating superb all over the house . wonderful garden with many seated areas. peaceful and calm.
2 pubs , one 4 mnutes walk, other 25 minutes walk.
value excellent. tv with great chananels and platforms

providing some excellent places to stay and many of them
will give support where needed, chat box is ok can take a time to answer, phone is very helpful , all personnel polite and supportive

The team at Pegasus delivered service twice in one month, 2 different jobs.
Professional , committed and focussed on the job to be done, all 3 guys have great attitude , friendly, answered all my questions regarding the new heating system that was offered. Took away the large water tank , replaced with economical attractive system, new pipes and stop tap that can be reached and turned off or on easily. level of competence is high.
Returned today to replace an old worn stoptap
Trust and faith in this company to assess and complete jobs quickly.

Jumper, colour overly diverse great ,cane wear camisole underneath for extra warmth, price super, delivery superb, early .

Service customer supported my need to know rates of changing g from gas and electricity to elec only when I move. Gave me variety of responses to the existing system storage heating and recommended to have engineer support to have best idea on elec rads as opposed to night storage.

Cottage is pleasant. Resources in it superb. .very steep steps to bedrooms. Careful carrying of cases required.
Toilet bathroom is downstairs.
Owner is friendly and helpful regarding info for walks.
We travelled for evening meals. There a decent restaurant pub locally.
Drive for car I found challenging to get in and out of.

Looks good but it's a wedding gift duvet cover. Can only comment on price is good and received within 3 days
