Good relationship gone bad
I was treated unfairly by Temu on two occasions I believe someone took my package during the freeze in January they sent it later if it was ever sent to start with, the second time was the 19th of February which I believe was totally false and the item was never sent because I never got a notification from the delivery company at all, 2 hours later I get a message from temu stating my order has been delivered which is weird because I always get the notice within minutes from the delivery service and at least a few minutes later from temu, every effort was made to act as if I received my package but I never received a photo as usual I ask multiple times to provide me a photo they never sent me a single thing this is all I need to believe that Temu is the actual scammer who scammed me out of my package based on a previous package a month echo that was delivered by USPS, I have requested that my packages not be sent by them nor by these small unknown companies because something always goes wrong UPS and FedEx has never lost my packages and I have literally spent thousands of dollars and Temu it's quick to send you a picture photo of your package at your door but they provided me absolutely nothing with that being said I will be taking Swift action as well because I have been wronged, me and my entire family together has approximately spent over $20,000 in 2024 and I can't get a simple photo showing my package was delivered even after your so-called investigation this is unfair and it's thievery I also purchased a phone that was proven to have malware on it after I had it checked out, this information will be passed on to our United States government to disclose the craftiness and manipulation behind matters such as this, they were into my Facebook and tried to get into my bank accounts causing all of my apps to be closed I was unable to access my funds because someone in China was trying to get into my accounts but still writing and communicating in Chinese do to me purchasing the fake s24 they also sent me the wrong device on purpose and changed it in the app without my permission to make it look like I purchased that instead of the one I selected, they also routed one of my Temu orders to a completely different state causing me to look stupid when in fact it is someone that is a seller that's not being dealt with by Temu... Just to think I bought three more items today before they denied my claim from last week maybe perhaps I should just send it all back and get rid of this app for good... I am saddened by the outcome because I'm the victim here and just to think there are many others just like me who have been scammed out of their money.
