Good relationship gone bad

I was treated unfairly by Temu on two occasions I believe someone took my package during the freeze in January they sent it later if it was ever sent to start with, the second time was the 19th of February which I believe was totally false and the item was never sent because I never got a notification from the delivery company at all, 2 hours later I get a message from temu stating my order has been delivered which is weird because I always get the notice within minutes from the delivery service and at least a few minutes later from temu, every effort was made to act as if I received my package but I never received a photo as usual I ask multiple times to provide me a photo they never sent me a single thing this is all I need to believe that Temu is the actual scammer who scammed me out of my package based on a previous package a month echo that was delivered by USPS, I have requested that my packages not be sent by them nor by these small unknown companies because something always goes wrong UPS and FedEx has never lost my packages and I have literally spent thousands of dollars and Temu it's quick to send you a picture photo of your package at your door but they provided me absolutely nothing with that being said I will be taking Swift action as well because I have been wronged, me and my entire family together has approximately spent over $20,000 in 2024 and I can't get a simple photo showing my package was delivered even after your so-called investigation this is unfair and it's thievery I also purchased a phone that was proven to have malware on it after I had it checked out, this information will be passed on to our United States government to disclose the craftiness and manipulation behind matters such as this, they were into my Facebook and tried to get into my bank accounts causing all of my apps to be closed I was unable to access my funds because someone in China was trying to get into my accounts but still writing and communicating in Chinese do to me purchasing the fake s24 they also sent me the wrong device on purpose and changed it in the app without my permission to make it look like I purchased that instead of the one I selected, they also routed one of my Temu orders to a completely different state causing me to look stupid when in fact it is someone that is a seller that's not being dealt with by Temu... Just to think I bought three more items today before they denied my claim from last week maybe perhaps I should just send it all back and get rid of this app for good... I am saddened by the outcome because I'm the victim here and just to think there are many others just like me who have been scammed out of their money.

Time is money!!

Love the merchandise love the store however you get a review from us every 6 months and one thing that is unchanging whether it's slow or busy you guys can't get customers out the door fast enough leading to walk outs and competitors benefit from it, rules are not made to be broken but they can be improved, this is an oversight issue, if more than a 5 minute wait it should be all trained hands on deck, shopping is for the customers security and moving products is for the staff, this is not about a single store this is management oversight that is noticed in multiple outlets.

Don't bother you could never talk to them

I received a message of my delivery I immediately went home and got there within 7 minutes no package the neighbor upstairs said a delivery guy walked to that door and was there for at least 30 seconds to a minute and walked away with a package furthermore I've tried everything to get in touch with somebody from this company if you can't reach a delivery service you probably shouldn't have your items delivered through them it's beginning to look more and more like fraud to me this company is nearly unreachable only this review is the best contact that I have had concerning this company besides the merchant that I purchased from I'm requesting never to be in contact with this company again.

Just paid my storage and it was a 30-40% increase from $160 to $185 but I paid $197 today I expected a price increase but not at this rate and so fast, I tried calling but didn't get a reply I'll try again to see why so high so fast, I don't think this is good for business but I rented elsewhere today six of us are already gone after 5 plus years half a decade I'll be moving out soon.

Over the last 3 months seedfi has the worst delay I have ever seen where they comes to debiting the money from my account sometime is pending for 3 weeks with the money there waiting, they deducted money from my C5 account one month instead of putting money in my account causing my credit score growth to come to a screeching halt that may be devised between seedfi and credit karma to keep you from growing your score too fast, they miss two whole payments I had to pay it myself instead of having an automatic payment which means you will not have any growth impact on your credit score, the first two payments went fine and then they dropped the ball I'm not knowing when they're going to make a mistake and take my money by accident or withdraw it from my account and put it on hold for 3 weeks which is not a good look.
