If I could give negative stars I would. I had a delivery scheduled through this company on 9.28. Driver arrived and is seen on camera standing at bottom of my stairs and throws the package up the stairs hitting the front door package rolls down the stairs and stops 4 steps down. Driver takes pictures after it landed and drove off. I immediately contacted the company with pictures and videos from 2 different angles. I also sent pictures of the damaged boxes inside the package. I received what seemed like a standard response pretending like this matter would be researched. I waited and waited. Nothing. I've requested an update on the complaint four times over 3 week period. Nothing.. this company customer service is pure trash. Drivers are pure trash. If your order filters through this company, cancel it immediately contact the sending company and inform them chances are your product will be mishandled and damaged from improper delivery and if you have to speak to customer service they won't care.
Absolutely horrible experience
Absolutely horrible experience. Had two separate packages fail delivery three times, and have NEVER had another delivery attempt fail from any other company. I will never be ordering from a company that ships with UniUni again.
This is terrible delivery service
This is the worst delivery service I've ever encountered. The package was sent by AliExpress for my granddaughter's birthday and never arrived. On the 16th, the package was handed over for delivery at 7:00 AM. My child waited all day for the package, but at 10:30 PM, the status updated and said they couldn't deliver the package due to an incorrect address. This is complete nonsense. Furthermore, the address listed a phone number, but no one contacted us. Customer support sent me an email stating the address was incorrect, even though they listed the correct address at the bottom of the email. Contacting customer support is useless. I advise everyone to avoid this company.I want to say that today they finally delivered the package and put it under the door.
Two parcels lost
Today I lost two parcels from this company. The delivery driver did not come up to my apartment to deliver these parcels even though I asked her to. She did take pictures of the parcels but they were taken at the building door. I went down to check but the parcels were not found anywhere there in the lobby. So these parcels are lost. I am very upset with this delivery company. This has happened every time I got delivery from this company. I wonder if this company should stay in business if their drivers are continuing to do this.

The biggest scam company ever . I have never in my life been through this. I spent over a hundred dollars just to never recieve my package. I can't believe this happened to me right before my birthday .

Uniuni is an absolutely terrible company. Their driver broke into our home to deliver a package and then blamed us. When we tried to escalate, Uniuni hides behind call centers and hidden email addresses—there’s practically no way to reach a real person.
After six weeks, a manager finally called to express “concern,” only to disappear again for weeks. When pressed, she said the issue was “solved” by giving the driver a week off for retraining and expected me to be grateful. Her responses were all empty empathy—“I understand, I get it”—but no action.
Reading other reviews, this behavior is unfortunately common: no accountability, no real customer service, and a complete lack of transparency. Packages, customer safety, and concerns mean nothing to them. Drivers are apparently allowed to break into homes, leave packages in unsafe locations, and verbally abuse customers without consequences.
Complaints are closed multiple times as if something was done, when in reality nothing is addressed. Their only justification is that we should be “lucky to have a low-cost delivery service.”
Uniuni is by far the worst delivery company I have ever dealt with in North America. Avoid them entirely. They don’t care about customers or packages, only about cutting corners and collecting money.

Ordered a $120 Pop Mart LABUBU for my daughter’s birthday. UniUni somehow managed to make tracking more confusing than a mystery novel: “Out for Delivery,” then “Failed Delivery Attempt – Severe Weather” (no rain, no delivery), then “Out for Delivery” again.
Contacted support — they couldn’t tell me where the local warehouse was, only that it was in Louisville. Their advice? “Wait for it to return to China.” Seriously. 😤
The package was probably stolen or lost, and their “customer service” is just copy-paste excuses. This ruined my daughter’s birthday, stressed me out, and taught me never to trust UniUni again.
Pro tip: If you like your packages actually arriving, DO NOT order through UniU
Delivery is missing
Uni said they delivered my package. They posted three pictures on their tracking .. 1 showing that it was on the front porch. But a close-up of the package showing complete address has a completely different background than distance photo. Package was not where it would actually shown in the picture showing delivery. My package is MIA! And a call to their phone number just tells me no one’s available and the voice box is filled and can’t take any more messages.
They lie about delivering packages.
I stayed home all day waiting for a delivery — no one came, no knock, no doorbell.
But I got a text saying they “attempted” delivery and missed me. Complete fabrication.
This is not just poor service — it’s fraud.
They never came, yet marked the delivery as failed to cover themselves.
No response from support. No accountability. No apology.
If you’re a business using UniUni: your customers will suffer.
If you’re a shopper: avoid any retailer that ships with UniUni.
They are dishonest and should not be in business.

UniUni continues to not deliver to homes in our small mountain community. They have left numerous packages on top of the first set of mailboxes they get to. (Where some pick up their mail). I just experienced their terrible service by not even attempting to deliver either. My home is very easy to get to. Their excuse, “Severe weather”. We’ve had none. This company deserves to go out of business. I wish companies would stop using them.

Absolutely horrible in every aspect!! First they returned my package to the warehouse stating my address was wrong even though it wasn’t and I never received a phone call, then they told me it would take 10 days to re deliver. A full two weeks later still no update and they stopped answering my emails, any time I would call well within business hours I would be on hold for 20+ minutes and then get hung up on before being able to speak to anyone.

I just moved into an apartment building. The previous tennents have not lived here in at least 6 months. I just got a parcel from UniUni for the people who lived here before me. Which was over SIX MONTHS ago. No one lived here with the name on the parcel, ever.
So though I have never(and WILL NEVER) use their services, the fact that the parcel was just delivered shows how bad this Company is. How can any thing take 6 months or more to arrive at its destination? I sent food using the US postal service and the people who I sent to got it a week later. In Essex, United Kingdom. There is no excuse for being this bad.
If you see your delivery is sent to them, request your money back, challenge and contest the bill. Mostly stop using those cheap places in general, but if you don't get your stuff, its your own fault for buying from companies who have no interest in actually getting you the product. You wanted to save money, but you never really do.

Tracking from the company I ordered from says Uniuni has had my package since October 1st but it hasn't updated since then. When I try to track on Uniuni tracking, it says the neither of my 2 tracking numbers are even valid so I'm doubting I'll get my order. I've never heard of Uniuni but so far my 1st experience has been terrible. They're only 2 hours away from me so my package should've came by now but instead I'm stuck with no package & no way to even check with them. Calling them is like a 50 minute wait time Which for me is pointless since my tracking info keeps coming up invalid on their website.
If I don't get my item, I'll just get my charge reversed on my credit card but still...this company clearly has a long-standing bad reputation & I'm confused how they're still in business.
