Richard delivered a really engaging Customer Service Training course that I attended with two colleagues. We all thoroughly enjoyed the day – the course itself was excellent, and from start to finish we were really well looked after. To top it off, they even have an office dog, which is always a bonus! I’ll definitely be looking into what else they offer.

Live and Learn contribute to success of Team Away Day
Paul delivered bespoke training based on the Insights methodology on how different people communicate. This was a half day session at our team away day, and Paul made it fun and interactive with various related team building exercises in between the learning sessions.
