Never thought I would buy products exported from China, but I have to say that the price and the quality is pretty good. Didn’t expect the high volume of variety so it’s nice to know that such a company exist without any kind of problems of return policy. I can recommend this company.
But but but!!! When you order online and apply discounts and want to pay, you get screwed and the discounts don’t apply and on top of it they charge almost 9 € for delivery!!!! All this when you’re pressing the last button without any warning. A scam of a company horrible customer service that never answers. PayPal has gone now to the legal department to deal with why they try scamming you when ordering online too bad the food is good. Everything else is horrible.

I’ve tried many many reading and sunglasses in my life. I’m traveling the world in the United States to . Europe to Asia to Russia to South America. Tried almost every single known brand on the face of this earth, including the overpriced fancy Shemanski, Fendi, Tom Ford, Christian Dior, Rayban, etc. and actually after over 50 years I am more than happy with this brand. It seems to understand the taste of a true woman the glasses alone can cover up the face on a bad face day and accentuate our beauty with the right outfit it’s a perfect combination of class color shape and practicality looking forward to more shapes rectangular maybe more round maybe more 70s and definitely a lot more options would be great for men as my husband is very anxious to also order.

Good product quality. Great big option on design. But, the prices are just too high still. I took personal time to give them professional feedback, and I didn’t even get a thank you discount in return. Talk about using people from marketing for free. I wasn’t very happy about that.

If you experience symptoms from one products we always dig into it, but there has been a lot of information that we didn't receive from you on this matter and we where waiting on information from our supplier and quality team.

I bought some products in December , wanted to simply exchange him for another size, and wound up having to wait almost 3 months for a refund to which they also decided to take 10% of the value of my things for logistics!!!! Horrible customer service unfriendly liars claim claiming that they need 35 business days upon receiving products that have been in their possession for almost 2 months to refund you your money!!

If I could give out zero stars, I would! This is probably the worst company that is legally allowed to do business. When you send back items first, it takes almost a month to get it into logistics correctly then another 35 business days until they book your refund. This means when you return something that it could take up to two months to get refunded for some products that have already arrived in one week to this goddamn company that should burn in hell!! This is a huge warning do not buy anything for Marks & Spencer’s online! Their customer service responds in 48 hours only to tell you that they’re going to return your refund and 35 business days so let me please explain to you one more time that it’s not two months you can wait up to three months for a refund because 35 business days would actually. Stay away from Marks and Spencer’s
Be Careful when buying these products. Number one they’re overpriced for their quality number two. The return policies is absolutely horrific. You have to pay international fees within Europe for instance for an XS package I had to pay €20 to have a track package sent back for a €65 complete valued package. they don’t warn you that they don’t accept returns on their cost or for at least a exchange of a product instead, you get stuck with products that are not suitable for your use and you are forced to pay this high return fees. I have contacted customer service to which they pretty much tell you to send back the items to Lithuania on your own cost, offering no discounts nothing

Living in Germany and ordering online was a god Damm nightmare!! Don’t order from them online!!!! I’ve received items way too late (over 3 weeks) and their return policy is 35 business days. What the hell kind of shit is that? I have never heard of such an illegal return policy. I’ve taken this to PayPal legal department and I highly recommend to stay the hell away from marks and Spencer’s.!!
I tried Many kinds of teas, but this one has a very important ingredient for bloating and really losing weight is a dandelion leaf. It may seem pricey, but the tea is delicious and very healthy. I drink it on a regular basis and I have lost weight.
