I ordered and paid perfume on June 30th, which says it is available and will be delivered in 1-3 days, it is now July 14th and during that time I have written a bunch of emails, contacted the contact form, called customer service and NOTHING!!! No one is answering on the other side, as if they don't exist!! Shame on a web shop that advertises itself as serious!! That's not how they treat their customers!!... I'm still waiting for someone to contact me!!

Well I was skeptical a bit reading the reviews and issues with tracking and shipping, and also the prices and deals seem bit too good. But it was all good actually product arrived sealed really well packaged(if you have thoughts is it legit products I checked barcode and it is legit). Well in my expirence regarding the shipping and tracking, tracking was given on Monday aka first business day after ordering (I ordered on Friday), and item was shipped right after and it arrived on Friday aka 5 days later. Item was sent via post for me so it wasn't any carrier.
Overall great prices for perfumes as purchase for yourself as gift its cheaper than in any store around me. Will order again from them.

Here is my first experience with CosmeticExpress. On the 11th of September 2024, my identical order was placed twice due to a technical issue. The next day, I contacted the provider's support team to inform them about the duplicated order and to request a cancellation. The following day, the CosmeticExpress support team responded, confirming the cancellation of one of the duplicate order. later on an emailed followed confirming the refund to cancelled order.
On the 13th of September, CosmeticExpress handed the order to the DPD courier, and I received an automated email notification informing me of this. The shipping process remained steady for a couple of days. When I reached out to the CosmeticExpress team for an update regarding the slow delivery, they courteously explained that the delay was caused by a natural flood disaster at the provider's location. As a resident of Germany, I was aware of this news, so I understood the situation.
Nevertheless, as of today, the 17th of September, DPD has delivered the order to my house. When I unboxed it, I found all my ordered items, along with three additional samples.
In conclusion, I am very satisfied with CosmeticExpress. They are a legitimate and trustworthy provider.

I’m absolutely satisfied with the work of this store!
1)The prices for a high-class cosmetics are lower than in other places throughout all the Europe.
2) The packaging of parcels is appropriate.
3) The employees are responsible, attentive, patient and really caring about customers.
Store manager tried to help me to solve a problem with delivery, which was not even from their or delivery company side.
I’m very pleased with my experience of purchasing from this company!

My experience with cosmetic express was excellent. The purchasing process was quick, and the perfume arrived in just 4 days. Although there was an issue with the tracking number, the customer service team responded promptly to my emails and resolved the problem. I'm very satisfied with the service and would definitely shop here again.

I ordered from them on Dec 8 2023 and its Feb 2 2024 and I still do not have a package or eta.
after waiting a month I contacted them requesting an update they sent a generic tracking number that did not have any specifics to my order that showed a package left austria and from there it is missing in action. I am located in Greece. There is no reason for it to delay this long

Terrible website, obviously a scamy business model, you can’t cancel orders from their website, you can’t reach them via email nor phone.. this is not how serious business is done. I sent an email with order number and everything and I can’t reach anyone. I will wait two more days and if nothing happens I’m taking these guys to court and avenge everyone else who had a bad experience with them.

The business model is a scam. I tried ordering a perfume two times and both did not go through (Mastercard). Now that I wanted to order again using paypal the price was increased by 20 Euros (I got screenshots to show as well!!!. straight up scammers. would absolutely not recommend this scammy webpage!!!!

I ordered and item on the 3rd of september and until i contacted them on the 9th, i haven’t received any information regarding delivery. The moment i sent email, i received a reply saying my order is on the way.
I went a head and cancelled the order on the 10th.
Received an email saying the order could not me received cause of an unknown reason! No notification again. This is all happening without me knowing.
I contact them again for refund and they say they are waiting for order‘s return.
Today is 17the September.
Not professional.
Not fast.

I appreciated the choice, the reliable delivery and the price (the perfume Ichose was a solid 20% cheaper than elsewhere).
I unfortunately made a mistake and ordered the wrong perfume. No questions asked: I wrote to them once, explained the situation and got refunded. Happy End. I’ll buy again from CosmeticExpress. Thank you guys!

I have placed an order#0100240431 and paid on 1, June, until today 15, June, I still didn't receive any delivery update. I have written to the customer service 2 to 3 times every week, and I received always the SAME reply. The customer service always tell me that because of some missing items so they will send me "middle of next week". Last week said middle of THIS week, and now I received the SAME reply said, I will only receive middle of NEXT week. How can this shop call "EXPRESS"???
I will really not order anything anymore from this online shop, also will not recommend anybody do so. Unless you are really patient to wait FOREVER.

untrustworthy!
requested return because of super late delivery, about 2 weeks. received an email that informs me I will receive the return label soon. But actually, waited for 2 weeks with no label!!
an item missing from the order. they don't provide a solution until I disputed in Paypal. they said they will resend the missing item and provide a tracking number on Monday. but actually, it is a fake one. after 3 days, there is no tracking record at all
