If I could give out zero stars, I would! This is probably the worst company that is legally allowed to do business. When you send back items first, it takes almost a month to get it into logistics correctly then another 35 business days until they book your refund. This means when you return something that it could take up to two months to get refunded for some products that have already arrived in one week to this goddamn company that should burn in hell!! This is a huge warning do not buy anything for Marks & Spencer’s online! Their customer service responds in 48 hours only to tell you that they’re going to return your refund and 35 business days so let me please explain to you one more time that it’s not two months you can wait up to three months for a refund because 35 business days would actually.
