Order delayed.

Order delayed.

Delay in fulfilling, despatch & delivering orders happened again.

These delays are integral to EW operations as their systems not only recognise these failures but also immediately refer Customers to missing items as being part of their T&C's that Customers have agreed to!

Knowingly selling out-of-stock items, delaying an entire order as a consequence and then telling the Customer 'you signed-up to this' - Really EW, Really?

How not to...

Should really be 0 stars.

The service was poor... and just deteriorated into farce.

If there was a way not to do it, this was it.

If there was a demonstration of lack of customer care, this was it.

If there was a total lack of empathy & understanding, this was it.

With many other Garden Centres & Cafes in the area it's now time to vote with our feet... walk away.

Turnaround.

Great choice, ease of purchase, delivery (to an island) and fitting, etc. 5☆

This is in stark contrast to previous purchase which was a total nightmare! 0☆

I calculate that's 2.5 ☆ on average.

Simply Superb Service.

Simply Superb Service.

Rekindled my relationship with Dial-a-Flight after a 20+ year absence. Why I left it so long I don't know... it's been my loss.

From our 1st contact with Ethan in late 2022 to our 2023 USA/Caribbean Tour Dial-a-Flight's person-to-person, named Customer Service has been simply superb!

Highly Recommended.

BG, Simply Not Good Enough!

We were customers of Neon Reef on a Electricity Only wholly renewable generated tarrif before their advised demise in late 2021.

Our NR and future custom has been transferred, unilaterally, to British Gas and their 'Welcome to BG' Tariff.

We have supplied numerous meter readings, some voluntarily and some as requested by BG.

There is an almost total lack of meaningful communication from BG, that is, meaningful to us the new, involuntary, automatically transferred customer with the pervasive whiff of 'you should be grateful' though with no tangible evidence of 'care' or even an opening Statement of Account from BG.

3 months in and the opaqueness has solidified... we need more Light and Less Heat - metaphorically of course!

BG, Simply Not Good Enough!
