Awful service

To add, since posting this review, I've had them emailing me but not resolving anything. I have repeatedly asked for assistance on 3 separate bookings which need refunding and I get no response. I'm owed money and they conveniently ignore me.

Awful service. Mis-selling of services, charged me for a 1-2 delivery which took 5+ days. No response to my emails. Chat agents pass you from 1 person to the next to make as if you are being escalated, but not. As a small business, I've lost out on money having to refund customers and I'm not getting anywhere getting my money back on multiple deliveries that haven't happened.
