This company takes no responsibility

This company takes no responsibility. I paid an huge amount of money to get an order delivered to a customer using the 2 days service. Because I didn't pay even more money to guarantee a delivery, they claim it is only a guideline. The order arrived a week later, no use to the customer. I had to pay to have it returned. This company will not refund this, even though the order took much longer to deliver than sold to me. My emails go un-answered, the 'Help' desk copy and pastes the same 'information' and won't even look into what happened. How are small businesses supposed to cope when the cost of delivery has gone up and those responsible won't take responsibilty for what they sell?
