I received my Ethosa dispenser and soap on time, and have since used both sachets provided with the sponge. The eucalyptus and citrus is especially pleasing as a scent.

As my partner and I travel, it's important to use soaps that are not wrapped in plastic and re-fillable that also passes through airports easily. We would definitely recommend and will be purchasing again.

We hired a van to move from Croydon to Richmond on a Saturday with relatively short notice given to Sure Removals. The team, Daniel and Paul, turned up on time and got straight on with the job in hand. All valuable good were handled with care and when we realised we’d left a few items off the list they were happy to find a bit of space for them at no extra cost. The driving and delivery of items went smoothly with things placed in the correct rooms as instructed. Very good service all in all. We went with Sure in the first place because Liam was always quick to pick up the phone - no nonsense quotes - and called us back if not immediately available. Highly recommended.

Over two days, I needed to contact a-choice about a mistake made by me on my No Claims Discount.

It did take probably 90-100 minutes of waiting in total to get hold of the right team members who could give me the right information. One rep, Darren, said he would call me back by end of play, but I didn't hear from him before 4.30pm so called back myself.

Akeisha, Jake (especially) and Tracy were particularly helpful in talking me through the process of changing the policy details. I eventually could not get covered with a-choice due to the changes, but after cancelling, I'd only paid £150 for a month of insurance (plus cancellation fees), which doesn't strike me as too bad.

No one hung up, everyone was pretty professional and polite. Wait times could be improved, and perhaps a bigger broker could have insured me but all in all, I was happy enough with the service.

I ordered a box of Square Root which arrived on time, in perfect condition, and provided a really fun and flavourful alternative to alcoholic drinks for me and the family at our recent barbecue.
