Good enough. Long waits, but polite and did the job.
Over two days, I needed to contact a-choice about a mistake made by me on my No Claims Discount.
It did take probably 90-100 minutes of waiting in total to get hold of the right team members who could give me the right information. One rep, Darren, said he would call me back by end of play, but I didn't hear from him before 4.30pm so called back myself.
Akeisha, Jake (especially) and Tracy were particularly helpful in talking me through the process of changing the policy details. I eventually could not get covered with a-choice due to the changes, but after cancelling, I'd only paid £150 for a month of insurance (plus cancellation fees), which doesn't strike me as too bad.
No one hung up, everyone was pretty professional and polite. Wait times could be improved, and perhaps a bigger broker could have insured me but all in all, I was happy enough with the service.
