Bought this for my husband in Dec 2023, he absolutely loved it and used it up until the machine went wrong the following summer (less than a year of being purchased). It took a number of emails and even a utube video to demonstrate what was going wrong, eventually as it was under2 year warranty it was collected and fixed. That was last September, now it’s gone wrong again ! I’m not looking forward to the back and forth with customer service to sort it out, obviously it’s a fault, possibly with a batch but no replacement was offered. The machine is not pressurising the kegs, if this happens to you, don’t waste your kegs.

Wish I checked trustpilot before ordering! Purchased items in August and still no sign of them. Order status ‘shipped’ Evri is still ‘expecting’ the items. Avoid at all costs !

The diet supplement did not work, in fact it had the opposite effect. If you want to try product, maybe start small to see if it’s for you.

Speedy delivery, helpful staff and the product was of the highest quality (fruit basket). Would use again and totally endorse 😊

This is a company that sold my son software that has broken his laptop and he has lost all his games and online purchases. Avoid !

Quick fast and easy service. I had to call due to my husband using PayPal with a different email to the booking and the call handler (wish I’d caught her name!) was one of the best examples of customer service I’ve ever experienced, well done 👍

Stay away from this company , it is a scam ! My son just bought a pair of shoes and he has had three amounts of money taken from his bank. The site implies you are purchasing shoes but you are actually subscribing to a membership only. I will be reporting to ombudsman and trading standards , buyers beware !

Further update today 11/09 they have taken more money, even thought we’ve cancelled the subscription, they also have a way of refreshing card details that they shouldn’t have stored so cancelling the card won’t help !

Booked a family room online for this Sunday coming at the Gloucester hotel. Only to find I’ve been charged twice and have two rooms. Phoned to get one removed only to be told ‘they can’t process a refund even though it was their systems mistake ! Had the cheek to suggest as I was bringing a pet that two rooms would be more comfortable! Spoke to several people to resolve via a call centre as hotel direct doesn’t pick up, eventually someone said they would sort it and email me confirmation… still waiting!!!!

Ordered an item that was out of stock, instead of simply not selling it, SD sent a smaller size! Trying to then find customer service contact was impossible on the online site. Had to search web to find an email. Organising a refund was also difficult and it’s taken a week and numerous emails to sort hopefully the fiasco is over? But not holding breath as refund is still to be issued , I anticipate having to complain about not getting delivery charges refunded…

My son ordered some joggers, when the conf email arrived it showed the wrong size. I thought my son had made a mistake so I ordered the item again, same thing wrong size on conf email. But right size showing on my order history. I’ve tried to find contact info to cancel the order and tell customer services but there is no way to report it or talk to someone. The ‘help section online just sends you in circles.
First items arrived (wrong size) and now I face the nightmare of returning two items and paying for the privilege, for their error. Avoid online purchases

My son reported a seller on this site that tried to scam him and he got his account suspended instead. He had an outstanding purchase from another seller that is now unable to send his purchase with Depop holding his money customer service is appalling and of no help. Original scammer is still actively selling in the site… avoid!

My 12year old son was scammed online trying to purchase something with his birthday money. So when he found the same thing elsewhere I used PayPal to purchase, just in case! I was so glad I did as he was scammed again! PayPal got my money back instantly (we’ll that’s what it felt like) Thank you so much 😁

Bought some trainers for my son and he doesn’t like them, he has never worn them but JD sports refused my return because they said they couldn’t re sell them because the sole was not clean. They have an off white sole and are pure white shoes so there is a slight difference in colour, it’s not dirt! They then suggested I travel back to the original store that I purchased them from (100 miles away). Avoid showing here as they don’t do returns and apparently sell dirty shoes !
Thought I’d add an update, took JD sports up on their offer to look into it and still refused a refund. Wish I could post my photos on here as proof that it’s the colour difference between white rubber and plastic… groan !
