Faulty machine and slow customer service

Bought this for my husband in Dec 2023, he absolutely loved it and used it up until the machine went wrong the following summer (less than a year of being purchased). It took a number of emails and even a utube video to demonstrate what was going wrong, eventually as it was under2 year warranty it was collected and fixed. That was last September, now it’s gone wrong again ! I’m not looking forward to the back and forth with customer service to sort it out, obviously it’s a fault, possibly with a batch but no replacement was offered. The machine is not pressurising the kegs, if this happens to you, don’t waste your kegs.
