Knowingly sending out incorrect size
Ordered an item that was out of stock, instead of simply not selling it, SD sent a smaller size! Trying to then find customer service contact was impossible on the online site. Had to search web to find an email. Organising a refund was also difficult and it’s taken a week and numerous emails to sort hopefully the fiasco is over? But not holding breath as refund is still to be issued , I anticipate having to complain about not getting delivery charges refunded…
