My recent experience at Optic Express in Sutton was unsatisfactory, particularly regarding the eye examination and the ophthalmologist prescription. I returned the incorrect prescription lenses, which costed me nearly £200, and decided never to return. But, Mathew a member of the team was exceptionally patient and understanding throughout this process. In contrast, the initial staff member who assisted me appeared unconcerned to my concerns. Although Mathew was unable to replace the incorrect lenses, he approached my situation with professionalism and attentiveness. I appreciate his diligent efforts in addressing my issues.
