This site is totally unethical

This site is totally unethical. I subscribed to a 1eur "reading", thinking I was only paying 1eur and nowhere did it say that Inwas entering into a subscription! And today I see Nebula has charged me 39eur. This is totally unacceptable and disgusting business practices, tricking people into giving you their account details. You should be ashamed of yourselves. I have written twice to request a refund as I NEVER authorised a monthly subscription. If you have any ethics whatsoever you will refund me and the rest of the people you tricked into subscribing. Disgusting behaviour!

Got scammed

Im reading the reviews and seeing a patern here. I booked a trip from Biarritz to San Sebastian and at showing my ticket to the driver, he said he couldn't find my booking. Unbelievable. Such a scam and crazy this can happen in today's day and age. DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM!

Still no refund, 2 months later

Surpirse, surprise, all I get is another ridiculous reply to my Trustpilot comment, yet nothing else.
All zones, you have my purchase reference number (you asked for it and I gave it to you), you said you are prioritising my case, so where is the money? When can I expect it?
The date I ordered the refund was the 26 September. We are now the 27th November and still nothing? Do you think this is normal? Do you think you can get away with this kind of scamming behaviour and think i will go away because you respond to my messages? I want the following: AN EXACT DATE OF THE REFUND! I dont care if you have to fly to spain and hand it to me in cash, but until I am refunded, you will never know any peace and i will make sure to scare any potential customer away from buying so much as a toothpick from you. YOU BELONG IN JAIL!

WORST SCAM EVER!

WORST SCAM EVER!
This is the third review i'm writing on Trustpilot about this awful company and I'll write a review every day for the rest of my life until this scam company returns my money for an iPhone that never arrived. They keep responding to my emails with the generic:

"Respecto a la solicitud sobre el estado de la tramitación de su reembolso le informamos que dicha solicitud ha sido derivada al departamento correspondiente que debe revisarla y agilizar el proceso lo máximo posible para que usted lo vea efectivo.Disculpe las molestias."
I have email after email, lying about the start of the refund, never giving me an estimate of WHEN ill get the refund, saying they have processed it, but when I check with my Bank, no such process has been taken.
I have contacted lawyers to intervene as I will not allow this company to get away with robbing people blind.
All zones, be prepared to receive a terrible review from me here every single day. You should be out of business and in jail.

This company is a total LIE

This company is a total LIE. They keep saying they will pay me back for the phone that never arrived and it's all a lie. NEVER BUY FROM THEM, THEY ARE A SCAM COMPANY!!!
First they said they had sent the money to my bank and it would take up to 10 days. My bank has never ever recieved the request for the reimbursement. Now they are telling me they are putting my case in "urgent" but cannot give me any answers about when the money is coming in. They are liars, stalling, trying to seem legit, but they are scamming people. Just look at the comments before mine!
I am determined to shut them down, so if anyone wants to join me in starting a lawsuit, please reach out to me on Instagram. There's strength in numbers. Same name as you see here. All Zones, shame on you. Be prepared to reap what you sow.

DO NOT BUY FROM ALL ZONES.
I bought an iPhone from them 3 months ago and the first communication from them was it was out of stock and to wait. So I did. Then a month later it was still out of stock. I requested a refund and it's 2 months I'm waiting for it.
This is a SCAM company and no one should buy from them. I paid almost 1000eur which I'm still waiting for. I'm starting legal action against them and recommend anyone affected to also. Here are some steps you can take right now to claim against them:

1. File a Complaint with Consumer Authorities: In Spain, you can start by filing a complaint with the local consumer protection agency, known as OMIC (Oficina Municipal de Información al Consumidor). They provide free advice and can mediate in disputes. Each region in Spain has its own OMIC office, and in Barcelona, you'll find support in their local branch.

2. European Consumer Centre (ECC) Spain: If All Zones is based in another EU country, ECC Spain can help mediate for cross-border consumer disputes within the EU, and they offer services for free.

3. Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) Platform: The European Commission has an online dispute resolution platform where you can file complaints for purchases within the EU. This is a free service that could resolve your case without the need for a lawyer.

4. Legal Assistance and Small Claims Court: If you need legal support, look for lawyers who specialize in consumer rights and offer initial consultations for free or low fees.

FEDEX IS UNRELIABLE

I sent a package on the 13th may and paid a premium cost to ensure it would arrive in 3 days. We are the 30th May and 15 days later the package still hasnt arrived. It had been rerouted to a completely different country and now the customer service agent in Brussels told me they are understaff, there is no manager i can speak with and my package hasn't been tracked since the 23rd May and is in the Netherlands instead of Brussels. The level of incompetence is astounding.

DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY

DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY! I missed a flight because travelgenio had the wrong airline on my ticket. They put Ethiopian Airlines instead of Asky airlines and will not refund me the 500eurs spent, nor voucher nor exchange.
Companies like these should be banned from operating as they only care about their bottom line. Shameful!
I spent 3 days on ther customer help line only to be hung up on, timed out, told one thing then immediately by the next person another thing.
HORRIBLE COMPANY, BIG WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY.

Zero customer service

Very disappointed with customer service of this company. I ordered 2 t-shirts, different colours with a different message on each and I got 2 exactly the same and in a colour I didn't order. I wrote several times to have them exchanged or get a refund and never got an answer back.
Not impressed.
