WORST SCAM EVER!

WORST SCAM EVER!
This is the third review i'm writing on Trustpilot about this awful company and I'll write a review every day for the rest of my life until this scam company returns my money for an iPhone that never arrived. They keep responding to my emails with the generic:

"Respecto a la solicitud sobre el estado de la tramitación de su reembolso le informamos que dicha solicitud ha sido derivada al departamento correspondiente que debe revisarla y agilizar el proceso lo máximo posible para que usted lo vea efectivo.Disculpe las molestias."
I have email after email, lying about the start of the refund, never giving me an estimate of WHEN ill get the refund, saying they have processed it, but when I check with my Bank, no such process has been taken.
I have contacted lawyers to intervene as I will not allow this company to get away with robbing people blind.
All zones, be prepared to receive a terrible review from me here every single day. You should be out of business and in jail.
