They charged me $170 because I logged in 5 minutes later.

I started with a therapist through my insurance. I logged in 5 minutes after my session because I got stuck in traffic and was driving. The system not only didnt let me see the therapist but I also spent untilimited amount of time on the phone and on emails and chats to get my money back and they wouldnt do it. I also cannot even email my therapist. I will cancel all future sessions and now I have to spend more time with my bank to get my money back. Embarrassing company

The worse customer service I have ever…

The worse customer service I have ever experienced in my life. No chat, no phone number, but the charge will always be there. They made me create an account for my son so I can buy Robux under an adult credit card, next thing, my son never received the credits on his account. I tried unlimited amount of emails to get it fixed until the finally asked me to send them the receipts which I did. Next thing I know is they sent me 10 emails more (not even one of them reviewing my situation or previous emails), to tell me they cannot do anything about it. Now I have to go and request credit through my bank.

They overcharged me for 3 Years

I had the subscription for 3 Years and they charged me $8 per month in ESPN for a bundle that should have only include Disney + and that I have never requested. They blamed it on me and they refused to give me a refund ! I am canceling the service and calling my bank to request a refund.

Disastrous customer service and billing

I started personal counseling and couples counseling with this company in November of last year. January hit and I the system started saying that my insurance is not accepted. I spoke with my insurance and they not only already paid for their services but continues covering for it. If I knew that this was going to happen I would have never started therapy with them. They kept opening tickets and closing them as "solved" When I called they said they cannot help me. When I asked for a supervisor they said there is nobody available. Even when I called one day that they have "emergency services for moments of distress" they wouldn't help me, the therapist who was on call said I have to speak with my therapist. Awful service, awful customer services, awful billing. Disaster. Stay away from them!

Outrageous prices for kids drawings

Update: Very sadly, this is a company that doesn't care about customers and they over charge ridiculous prices. What they replied at the bottom of this review is A HUGE PLANE LIE. They never gave me an estimate ( let alone in April that I didn't even have the drawings together). I never sent 425 art pieces! They are insane! At the most, it was 100 in total for 2 books!. They didn't charge $20 per box, they charged $90 and they made me pay all their shipping ( two empty boxes, two full boxes to get to my house and then and coming back to them). Again if you go to USPS those 3 shipments would have been at the most $35/40, not $100!. I suggest to stop lying online about your service, those are usually short-lived and eventually customers will recognize your lies!. Review: Outrageous prices for kids drawings: they priced around $1500 for two books and $100 in shipping to return my drawings after I told them we are not paying those ridiculous prices. Awful customer service and long wait times (around a month) to receive an estimate. I don’t understand how they have good reviews here or anywhere else.

Hi Mercedes,

Thank you for your feedback. We see that you were sent a pricing estimate for our books back in April, before we ever received your boxes. Our pricing is always available on our website, in detail, and we encourage all customers to estimate their pricing before mailing their items in to us.

We received a combined 425 pieces for your two books, and you were sent another pricing estimate once we were able to safely return to our offices following Hurricane Helene in Asheville, NC (where we are located). Your boxes arrived on September 26th, and you received your 2nd estimate on October 10th.

We always offer alternatives to our customers when their book selection does not fit their budget. You opted to cancel your orders. The shipping cost for return of materials, whether for completed or canceled orders, is the same - $19.99 per box.

We hope you have a pleasant day!

Total scammers

Total scammers! I can't believe that Paypal believe these people. I never signed up for a monthly fee of $65! I am so pissed! And they wont refund my money. I now have to go to my bank but because I paid with Paypal they will probably say I have to deal with them. Very bad experience. Do not even think about signing up with them.

Awful customer service

I bought a heating pad from them a couple of years ago and when it broke, they replaced it without a problem. Now I called again because I got another iPad and it broke again and they took a long while to answer the email. Then they kept repeating emails with the same repeated copy and paste message to try for me to fix the pad, even though I replied to their email explaining that their copy paste solution didn’t work, and I also send them a proof of purchase and they still, didn’t they still said that they couldn’t open the link. I sent the link to different people and it works perfectly fine so they just wanna make up excuses not to replace the pad and they have an awful customer service. I won’t be buying from them any more.

I bought a pair of jeans and they were bigger than a regular 27 size which I always used with them. I emailed them to at least exchange the size because they were extremely large and not true to size and they refused. I’m never buying back from them. Awful customer service

When I called they refused to refund because they said it was taxes which wasn’t true (they ALSO charged me taxes). I’m going to cancel it. Horrible customer service

Travelled several times and always horrible customer service and no help

I travelled several times with Expedia flights, hotels, car rentals etc. Every time I have an issue they are totally useless or you have to spend hours on the phone which is difficult if you are traveling of course. I use Skype if I don’t have a local number or chat because they won’t even have a collect number. I spent hours with them trying to fix my issues. I really don’t know why I keep coming back to them. But this will be the last time. Their customer service is horrendous and they’ll never fix any issues. I always end up quitting.

They don't take responsibility for cancelled flights

I booked a flight for my mom three months ago through Expedia and they sent me an email that I miss only a week before the flight. The day of the flight I called them and they wanted to me speak with American Airlines. American Airlines had a 4 hour wait for a phone call and when I spoke with them they told me I have to call Expedia. Expedia then did not take responsibility for the cancelled flight and they say they would refund my money once my mom was in Miami! That means that they would leaver stranded there, with no alternative flights and I would have to buy an extra flight !! I have been 2.30 hours on hold with them and they are totally useless. I will never book with them ever again.
