My issue was resolved immediately and I was updated via e-mail within the hour. I was also given a £40 credit as acknowledgement for the issues I encountered with my service.

The system was really easy to…

The system was really easy to understand and gave lots of options for presentation.
My only issue is that you need to be able to add / remove pages so that you can include everything you need and also not have blank pages.

Don’t be late for your pickup

My friend and I booked cars at Heraklion Airport and when we were delayed, partly because Discovercarhire gave us the wrong company name for the pick up, both our cars had been given away. We had each paid £180 deposit (I assumed this was to reserve the cars?).
The hire firm said they would be able to provide the cars the following day but that they needed an e-mail from Discovercarhire to confirm the deposit. We e-mailed discoverhirecar (otherwise there is no way to contact them) but they took 5 days to reply.
We had no option but to pay for two cars at the airport.
Discovercarhire refused to refund our deposit despite having made NO lose as they had not passed our deposit on. I think that is called fraud isn’t it?
They might quote a cheap price which is great if you get the car……..
Their customer satisfaction team suggested we ask the airline for a refund - jokers - fraudsters - I am making a claim via my credit card because they do not stipulate that if you are late you will lose your car and your deposit.

The phone I received had a battery with significantly poor health

The phone I received had an unsatisfactory battery and I needed to return it - I am hoping it will be returned with a new battery but I am disappointed to have to wait having made payment for the phone some time ago.
