Terrible customer service.

I ordered a photobook then needed to make changes so I tried to cancel before it was processed as the website advises you to do. But they took so long to get back to me, it was too late. so, we then underwent some very unclear to-ing and fro-ing to work out the problem. But in the end I was told to re-order, which I did. But half an hour later the first book arrived. They hadn't refunded. So I've tried to cancel this one, but, of course, I cant get throught to them again before it is processed! I waiting in hope. always hopeful.

NO CUSTOMER SERVICE OR ITEMS

Ordered a present, needed within 3 weeks. Waited 8 working days for my order to make contact. Sent at least 4 requests for an update, NO RESPONSE. Telephone number and chat line do not exist. If you read your reviews please make contact………

No response from Printerpix!

I contacted Printerpix as my parcel was late and no reply. I then contacted Evri and after a few days they said they appear to have lost it. Printerpix UK phone number no longer works nor online chat. Their website says 24 hour response and real people not bots, however after 8 emails, online forms and messaging on social media still no response. I am absolutely livid and upset to be honest not only did the photo blanket cost me alot of money it took me so long. Lovingly choosing out all the photographs and placing the order took hours. I will be contacting my bank to try to get my money back.

I still haven’t received main order

I still haven’t received the substantive part of my order (print in oak frame). I think it may have been delivered to someone else’s house, as the chatbot confirms two separate tracking no.’s, but I have no way of checking which tracking no. relates to which parcel.

Terrible service

Terrible service. I ordered a photobook 11 days ago and nothing is shown on the tracking. They say that my order number is invalid and their telephone number doesn't work and neither does their email!

Mixed views

Mixed views! I was happy with a collage poster that I ordered from them a few months ago and I liked their interface for creating the collage compared to other printing services.
However with my most recent order of a photobook, they made huge error and instead of my 40-page book, I got an 80 page book that had not just my pics but somebody else's photos! I do wonder if my photos ended up in their photobook too or with another customer?!!!

They apologised for the error and sent a replacement, which was just as it should have been.

Maybe I'm being far too chill and forgiving about the privacy breach, but as I said, my first experience with them was totally fine.

Avoid this company!

I'm not sure this company isn't just a scam. Placed my order 10 days ago, and haven't heard anything from them. Tried to contact them via their website and nothing, the bot just gives the same answer, the phone number on the site is disconnected, tried to request a call back and just sends you to a generic help page and tried to raise a support ticket but got nothing back. An absolute waste of time and money. Thought I'd write a review to see if they respond to that as it seems the only way they respond.

Packaging below expectations

The calendar was as expected but the packaging was below standard. It didn't have any stiffening in the envelope causing the calendar (a gift) to be slightly creased and the envelope was delivered on a very wet day so it was soggy and half open when I received it, thankfully not damaging the calendar further.

Paid extra for higher quality print and…

Paid extra for higher quality print and it’s blurry, and the white border arrived with a mark on it, and the frames don’t have glass they are plastic.
