Review of Virgin Money UK
Completely shocking service, I’ve now tried 6 same day chaps payments and all 6 never were paid on the day I requested it. Customer service line is a joke, that’s after been on hold for ages, to be promised a call back which never happens. I’ll be moving banks, don’t use them, you have been warned.

Review of British Gas
British gas has been charging me for an account I don't even have. When you phone up you are hold for 45 mins as you need to speak to at least 3 people before you get the right department. When they say they will call you back they never do. 3 weeks on and still no further. Even the complaints team are useless. Hours of my life wasted on their mistake.

Maria Schultz went above and beyond of what is required of her, enable us to complete on time. Clothes are great. Sadly you don’t have your entire range in the local store so you have to buy online and the few items you want to return, can’t be returned in store, are you not all jack wills? How is the best customer service?
