Very quick delivery from stock. When on advanced orders the estimated date is reliable.

The delivery is often quite quick after ordering, as in this case, ordered Friday evening then delivered by Monday early afternoon. If there is ever a reason to speak with someone they are always courteous and helpful. I have had many years dealing with them.

Despite offering some interesting and good products there is always some other issue that arises with IW. Despite being a customer for many years, recently my card has only been accepted for full payment price and not for multi-payment options. The card is over a year from its expiry date, my bank confirms there is no problem and yet IW persist. Nowhere else gives me this problem, including QVC, so I have decided not to purchase anything else from IW until this matter, which seems unique to IW, is resolved.

Firstly, I know you probably do your best to deliver orders the next day, but because I ordered in good time on a Thursday, it was a bit disappointing after being told by Parsley Box that my order had been despatched only to find it was not delivered until Monday by DHL - 4 days after I had placed my order.

The parcel was well packed, as usual, but some of the meals were stuck to each other or the separators within the box. None of the meals appear to have leaked in any way so the reason while they were so well stuck is a bit of a mystery.

The meals were generally up to par but there was a couple that I would probably not order again.
