Firstly

Firstly, I know you probably do your best to deliver orders the next day, but because I ordered in good time on a Thursday, it was a bit disappointing after being told by Parsley Box that my order had been despatched only to find it was not delivered until Monday by DHL - 4 days after I had placed my order.

The parcel was well packed, as usual, but some of the meals were stuck to each other or the separators within the box. None of the meals appear to have leaked in any way so the reason while they were so well stuck is a bit of a mystery.

The meals were generally up to par but there was a couple that I would probably not order again.

I have checked your order can see it was placed on a Thursday before 3pm, meaning that it would be due to arrive either the Friday or the Monday, as we are currently operating a 1-2 day delivery timeframe and do not deliver over the weekend.

The best time to order is between Monday and Wednesday before 3pm and this will ensure delivery before the weekend.

We are happy that you have been enjoying our meals and will pass on your comments regarding the boxes sticking to each other.
